Episode 1: Sal Valdez, Agent of Change

After suffering a debilitating stroke in the Sequoia National Forest, Sal Valdez had to reinvent his life and in doing so, found a way to help his community by getting the city to fix broken sidewalks, helping the elderly and people in wheelchairs safely travel.

 

There are amazing people in the world who you’ll never see on a magazine cover or talk show; everyday people making their communities, and our world, a better place to live by rising up and addressing the needs of their community; people that give a shit.
